On the occasion of World Smile Day

The Association of Dental Managers in Bulgaria (ADMB) calls for:

"Do good! Help someone smile!” 

On Friday, October 5, ADMB will organize small "smiling holidays" for children across the country

Traditionally, World Smile Day is celebrated every first Friday of October (in 2012, the date is October 5).

The Association of Dental Managers in Bulgaria (ADMB) joins the idea of the American scheduler Harvey Bell - author of this holiday and of the "smiling man" - that this day be "dedicated to good mood and good deeds" and pass under the motto: " Do good. Help someone smile."

In this regard, on Friday, October 5, ADMB will organize small "smiling holidays" across the country for children from social homes, children with disabilities, children's wards in hospitals, etc.

At exactly 12:00 p.m., the children will release multi-colored balloons with the image of the smiling man into the sky. Gifts, treats will be distributed, clowns will entertain the little ones. There will be more surprises.

Dr. Veneta Pavlova, President of ADMB, calls: "Let each of us do good and help someone smile on this day - the beginning of autumn, when we need more serenity - do it according to our abilities . A good gesture is enough to put a "smiling man" on the face of every Bulgarian child".

By marking this holiday, ADMB also wishes to remind Bulgarians that a true, naturally created smile is preserved through regular prophylaxis and good oral health. Let the first Friday of October remind us of this every year.
