The first recipe for a thermoplastic prosthesis in five different colors was made back in 1958 by experienced dentists and dental technicians in close cooperation with the plastics industry. Thanks to the specially designed Thermopress 400 injection molding machine, Polyan IC prostheses are processed easily and safely.
Polyan IC is a transparent glass-like material based on polymethyl methacrylate. This material does not contain benzyl peroxide and steel oxides. It is very well accepted by patients and reduces the incidence of allergies.

Bre.flex & bre.flex 2nd edition are made of a new generation semi-flexible thermoplastic made of pure polyamide for partial and total dentures. They do not contain any monomeric materials. The Bre.flex & bre.flex 2nd edition dentures use cadmium-free and metal oxide-free coloring pigments. The thermoplastic material is characterized by very good flow properties. Small and thin wax elements can be injected at a thickness of only 0.5 mm.

Bio Dentaplast dentures are made of semi-flexible thermoplastic, a technopolymer based on polymethylene. The high-tech material is characterized by high hardness, but is nevertheless flexible. Thanks to this, delicate elements and telescope dentures can be manufactured in an optimal way. The unusual physiological characteristics and many mechanical properties make Bio Dentaplast dentures applicable in many areas of prosthetics.

The prostheses Bre.dentan HP are made of thermoplastic material that is processed using Thermopress 400 without the need for a catalyst to make translucent crowns and bridges. The residual monomer is below 0.3%, which reduces irritation of the mucous membrane. Bre.dentan HP dentures have high tensile strength and the high density of the material provides a shiny finish. Thanks to the smooth surface, plaque accumulation is reduced.
