The official opening of Bushkalova Specialized Dental Clinic in October 2022 was accompanied by a charitable cause that we can finally boast about.
During the celebration, a special donation box was set up "Give a smile to heroes with special needs! Because together we can do more!" - for the purchase of equipment for dental treatment for children with disabilities. Guests of the event were informed that they could leave an anonymous donation in the box, and the funds collected would be used to purchase a video laryngoscope for oral surgery in children with special needs.
Our generous guests raised the sum of 3395 BGN and thanks to them, together with the clinic, the device was purchased!
The video laryngoscope is indispensable in patients with obesity, limited neck mobility, high larynx, missing or loose teeth, and other complex cases. It allows for faster, more accurate, and gentler intubation, especially for difficult airways.
