On August 17, 2016, IPSDP "Megadent" LD EOOD signed a contract for the provision of non-grant financial assistance under the Operational Program "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020. The project was approved "Successful integration of young dental specialists through the creation of new jobs in IPSDP "Megadent" LD EOOD", BG05M9OP001-1.003-0208-C01 on total value BGN 80173.30 BFP, of which BGN 68,147.31 European and BGN 12,025.99 national co-financing.
"Megadent" will implement the current project, which envisages the hiring of 5 unemployed or inactive individuals from the target group - young people up to 29 years old, with completed higher education, seeking work or inactive, for the position of "Doctor of Dental Medicine", the provision of employment and wages for a period of 12 months and the creation of appropriate conditions for the performance of the professional duties of the newly hired individuals by equipping the new workplaces.
After the completion of the project implementation, the Megadent LD EOOD will undertake to retain at least 3 jobs for a minimum period of another 12 months, thus ensuring employment for a period of 24 months. The implementation of the project proposal will have an entirely positive impact on the representatives of the target group.
As a result of the professional experience they will gain, the employees will acquire new skills that will make them more adaptable to the labor market and in the long term will be useful for their more active participation in it. The successful implementation of the project proposal will lead to the provision of permanent employment, increased income and economic activity and their social integration.
The overall goal of the project is to ensure sustainable employment for 5 representatives of the target group - young people up to 29 years old, with completed secondary and higher education, looking for work or inactive, and their social and economic integration.
The specific objectives of the project include:
- The creation of 5 new jobs at IPSDP Megadent LD EOOD.
- The creation of material and technical conditions for the performance of the official duties of the employed persons and the achievement of the functionality of the working environment, meeting the requirements for safe and healthy working conditions.
- Providing employment and wages for 5 unemployed or inactive persons for a period of 12 months.
By creating new jobs for representatives of the vulnerable group of unemployed and inactive young people up to 29 years old, the project will help achieve the specific objectives of HRD OP, which focus on combating unemployment among vulnerable groups in the labor market, especially youth and the long-term unemployed, as well as achieving higher employment among older people.
The general and specific objectives of the project are fully consistent with Specific Objective 3 of Investment Priority 2 of Priority Axis 1 - "Increasing the number of unemployed young people up to 29 years of age, with completed secondary or higher education, included in employment, self-employment or training".
