On August 17, 2016, IPSDP "Megadent" LD EOOD signed a contract for the provision of non-grant financial assistance under the Operational Program "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020. The project was approved "Successful integration of young dental specialists through the creation of new jobs in IPSDP "Megadent" LD EOOD", BG05M9OP001-1.003-0208 on total value BGN 80173.30 BFP, of which BGN 68,147.31 European and BGN 12,025.99 national co-financing.   The overall goal of the project is the provision of sustainable employment for 5 young people aged up to 29, with completed secondary and higher education, jobseekers or inactive and their social and economic integration.

The specific objectives of the project include:

• The creation of 5 new jobs in IPSDP Megadent LD EOOD for dentists.
• The creation of material and technical conditions for the performance of the official duties of the employed persons and the achievement of the functionality of the working environment, meeting the requirements for safe and healthy working conditions.
• Provision of employment and remuneration for 5 unemployed or inactive persons for 12 months.

In fulfillment of the general and specific objectives of the project reported progress is:

• In view of the project organization and management activities, a project manager and accountant were selected.
• In view of information and publicity activities, a publication was made on the company website and in local print media to inform the public.
• In view of the activities of hiring unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of up to 12 months - new jobs were created and representatives of unemployed and inactive youth up to 29 years of age were appointed - five dentists.
• With a view to purchasing equipment related to the creation of new jobs, a contractor was selected and a contract was signed for the supply and installation of an X-ray kugel and a scanner for digitizing intraoral phosphor plates.
• In order to insure the purchased equipment - a contractor was selected and an insurance policy was signed with a one-year term. The project was financed with the support of the European Union, the European Social Fund and OP HRC 2014-2020.
