The event took place in mid-January and was attended by Dr. Diana Bushkalova and dental technician Ivan Paliyski as partners in Specialized Dental Clinic Bushkalova and SMTL Total Megadent.

This was one of the grand events in the dental world at the beginning of the year. The main topic of the symposium was clinical practice. related to Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry, presented by Dr. Pascal ManetThe main concept of this approach in dentistry is to preserve as much of the natural teeth as possible. A deeper understanding of the biology, morphology, mechanics and function of intact teeth. Removing only the diseased tissue and preserving 100% of the healthy tissue.

Biomimetic restorative dentistry differs significantly from traditional dental approaches, which often sacrifice healthy enamel, dentin, and even pulp in order to make dental restorations more durable and long-lasting.

After special training by Dr. Pascal Manet in Geneva in 2022, now at the symposium held Dr. Bushkalova re-acquainted herself with proven adhesive protocols, where the maxim "less is more" or "with the minimum, the maximum is achieved" fully applies.Adhesive restorations in combination with composite materials are a key element in the application of biomimetic restorations.

Minimally invasive approaches in dentistry require decision-making based on the four most important elements – science, patient, common sense and experience.Drawing on experience from pioneers in this field, we will apply their views and techniques so that our patients can enjoy beautiful, aesthetic smiles with the most gentle approach to work.

As a leader in the dental services market in Bulgaria, we at Specialized dental clinic Bushkalova We strive to always keep up with the latest trends in dental treatment in order to provide the best service to our patients. „Dental medicine has been developing very rapidly in recent decades, and therefore it is very important to keep up with new trends and work protocols. We are constantly upgrading ourselves and striving to keep up with the times so that our patients can receive the best possible service that can be offered on the market. Our profession has always aimed to maintain oral health and functionality in the long term. At the Specialized Dental Clinic Bushkalova, however, we rely on a slightly different approach, in which we provide personalized treatment with a holistic approach. Our goal is for the patient not only to have healthy teeth and a beautiful smile, but to improve their overall health by achieving a deeper awareness of their health and giving up harmful habits. We pay special attention to the collaboration between dentist and dental technician, since only with good teamwork can optimal results be achieved.!“ – shared Dr. Bushkalova.

Swiss dentistry has made significant contributions to the field of restorative dentistry and implantology. New developments are constantly emerging, making it increasingly difficult for a practicing dentist to keep up with the latest developments. The main goal of this symposium was precisely to outline all significant new achievements in the field of reconstructive dentistry within one day. Knowledge and skills that are of fundamental importance for restorative dentistry and implantology were demonstrated.
