6 steps to maintain healthy gums

1. In the morning on an empty stomach with a spoonful of olive oil until the hair is cut. Olive oil extracts toxins from the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and the whole organism, massages the gums, increases blood circulation and improves the trophic / nutrition / of the tissues.

2. Brushing and toothpaste. Put a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on a dry brush and brush all tooth surfaces in circular motions, brushing for at least 3 minutes. Clean the chewing surfaces with sweeping movements.

 

3. The only way to clean the interdental spaces are interdental brushes, threads, floss, dental showers. Your dentist can determine the specific size interdental brush or floss

4. After cleaning with a regular and interdental brush or floss, you must gargle with mouthwash for at least 30 seconds.

5. Massage your gums for 5-10 minutes daily with circular movements from the gum to the tooth (from red to white), starting with lighter pressure (stroking), gradually increasing and ending with lighter pressure again. It is preferable for contact media to use specially developed gels prescribed by your doctor.

6. Visit your dentist every 3 or 6 months for cleaning of tartar, polishing of teeth and preventive examination.
